Corrections & fact-checks
Spotted a factual error, a broken link, a stale price, or an out-of-date breeder listing? This is the single most useful kind of email we receive. Include the URL and what you think is wrong, and if possible a source. We post dated correction notes on the affected page (see our editorial process).
Press & partnerships
Interviews, syndication, partnership inquiries, brand outreach. We’re selective — read the affiliate disclosure first so you know what we will and won’t consider. Cold product pitches without context are usually skipped.
Reader stories
Living in an allergy-friendly household with a cat? We’re collecting first-person accounts — what worked, what didn’t, what surprised you. We won’t publish your story without explicit permission, and we never share email addresses.
General questions
Anything not covered above. We may take a few days to reply on these, but we read every one.
Response time
We aim for one week. Safety-relevant corrections jump the queue and usually get an answer the same day. We sometimes disappear for a weekend; we always come back.
